Migos Travel BP provides travel concierge services including but not limited to:
- Transportation coordination and airport transfers
- Restaurant reservations and dining recommendations
- Tour and experience bookings
- Safety coordination and emergency support
- Local partner recommendations and vetted services
3. Booking and Payment
Booking Process
When you submit a booking request through our website, you are making an offer to purchase our services. A booking is confirmed only after we send you a confirmation and receive payment as specified.
Payment Terms
- All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified
- Payment is required at the time of booking confirmation
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
- Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes or additions
Price Changes
Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Third-party service costs (restaurants, tours, etc.) are estimates and final costs may vary.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Client Cancellations
- 30+ days before travel: Full refund minus processing fees
- 15-29 days before travel: 50% refund
- 7-14 days before travel: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund
Changes and Modifications
Requests to modify bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, pandemics, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide credits for future travel.
5. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking
- Maintain valid travel documents (passport, visas, etc.)
- Comply with all local laws and regulations at your destination
- Treat service providers and local partners with respect
- Inform us of any special requirements, allergies, or medical conditions
- Keep emergency contact information current
- Respond promptly to communications regarding your trip
6. Limitations of Liability
Migos Travel BP acts as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers. We are not liable for:
- Acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of third-party providers
- Injuries, losses, or damages during your travel
- Delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines, hotels, or other providers
- Loss or theft of personal belongings
- Medical emergencies or health issues during travel
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, baggage loss, and other travel-related risks. Migos Travel BP is not an insurance provider and does not include travel insurance in our services.
8. Safety and Security
While we prioritize your safety and work only with vetted partners, you acknowledge that:
- Travel inherently involves risks that cannot be eliminated
- You are responsible for reviewing travel advisories for your destination
- Our safety recommendations are guidance only, not guarantees
- You should exercise personal judgment and caution while traveling
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Migos Travel BP and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be:
- First addressed through good-faith negotiations
- Subject to mediation if negotiations fail
- Governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA
- Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Georgia, USA
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Migos Travel BP, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
