Cancellation & Refund Policy

Important Notice

By completing a booking with Migos Travel BP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this cancellation and refund policy. Please review carefully before booking.

1. Refund Policy

No cash refunds will be issued. All cancellations that meet our policy requirements will receive travel credits that can be applied to future bookings with Migos Travel BP.

Travel credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used for any destination or service we offer.

2. Cancellation Timeline

7+ Days Before Travel Date

Full travel credit issued for the amount paid (minus any non-refundable service provider deposits).

Less Than 7 Days Before Travel Date

No travel credits will be issued. The full booking amount is forfeited.

3. Service Provider Deposits

In certain circumstances, we are required to pay deposits directly to service providers (such as tour operators, private chefs, or experience hosts) to secure your booking. These deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from any travel credit issued, even if you cancel more than 7 days in advance.

You will be notified at the time of booking if any service provider deposits are required.

4. Last-Minute Booking Fee

Bookings made for travel dates within 7 days of the current date are subject to a 15% rush fee on the total booking amount.

This fee covers the additional coordination and expedited communication required to arrange services on short notice. The rush fee is non-refundable and will be clearly displayed during checkout.

5. Weather & Emergency Situations

In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or government-mandated travel restrictions that prevent travel to your destination:

  • Full travel credit will be issued regardless of the cancellation timeline
  • We will work with you to reschedule your trip to a suitable alternative date
  • Service provider deposits may still apply depending on their individual policies

6. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your booking, please contact us through one of the following methods:
